Data controller
The data controller is Nextema Srl, based in Bologna, Via Agucchi 84/16: it independently decides on the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the security procedures to be applied to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
Purpose and nature of data provision
Consent to the processing of your data to Nextema Srl is mandatory in order to allow the owner to execute, manage and organize existing contractual relationships with you, or your company, in full compliance with legal, as well as fiscal and accounting obligations.
Duration
The duration is related to the fulfillment of required contractual services, as well as legal, tax and accounting obligations. Not beyond, however, 10 years from the termination of the relationship. Any refusal to communicate to Nextema Srl certain of your data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to pursue the main purpose of the specific collection.
Your rights
You always have the right to obtain from Nextema Srl confirmation of the processing or otherwise of personal data concerning you or your company, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. You also have the right to obtain from Nextema Srl information about the origin of your personal data; the purpose and method of the processing of your personal data; the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the data controller and data processors; the indication of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity, for example, as data processors. All this information is contained in this Privacy Policy.
In addition, you always have the right to obtain ex art. 15 et seq. EU Reg. 679/16:
- the updating, rectification, integration of his personal data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of his personal data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
You have, however, the right to object in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
You may freely and at any time exercise your rights, with a written request to be sent to the address, where the registered office of Nextema Srl is located, to which we will promptly reply. Your data may be communicated to the other parties to the existing contractual relationship, for the sole purpose of proceeding with the execution of the contractual relationship.
Nextema Srl may use third parties to process your personal data, for certain activities. The third parties carrying out these operations have been adequately selected and appear to have experience, capacity and reliability and offer suitable guarantees of full compliance with the current provisions on processing, including the profile of data security.
These third parties have been appointed “data processors” for this purpose and carry out their activities in accordance with the instructions issued by and under its control. We periodically verify that the data processors have fulfilled the tasks entrusted to them punctually and that they continue to provide appropriate guarantees of full compliance with the provisions on personal data protection.
Your data are then processed by our officers in charge of individual services.
